Fancy dining alfresco in your own ‘social bubble’ in the heart of Leeds city centre? Here at The Light, we’ll be hosting a ‘Dining at a Distance’ pop-up restaurant across two weekends in August, meaning you can enjoy food and waiter-service from restaurants like Turtle Bay and Browns, all from one of our amazing socially-distanced bubbles.

There will be seven bubble domes available to book for either a two or three-hour slot on 14th, 15th, 21st, and 22nd August. The unique experience is designed for people who want to venture back into the world of dining out following the COVID-19 lockdown, but are still a little wary and want to do so safely. Each dome can seat up to six guests who will be able to enjoy delicious meals and drinks from a selection of The Light restaurants, including Browns or Turtle Bay.

As an added bonus for those who book on the first weekend (14th/15th August) Turtle Bay will also be offering a £25 bottomless brunch, meaning you and your party can enjoy as many drinks as you want during your booking… cheers!

If that wasn’t enough, there’ll also be entertainment during your booking slot, including a screening of everyone’s favourite musical, The Greatest Showman, classic festival footage courtesy of Heart FM, or some live acts for you to enjoy, all from the comfort of your own socially distanced bubble!

To ensure that the experience is safe, each dome will be thoroughly cleaned between sittings, with waiting staff wearing masks, and a track and trace system put into place.
