CUSTOMER SERVICES

Our friendly customer service team is always on hand to make sure your visit to The Light Leeds is as pleasurable as possible. The team is proud to have been awarded the Welcome Host Plus certificate, part of the Welcome to Excellence training programme and are dedicated to ensuring that you always receive a high level of customer service. FIRST AID

There is always a qualified first aider on duty in the scheme and a defibrillator is available in the event of an emergency. If you feel you need medical assistance, please contact a member of the security team.

PUBLIC TOILETS

Toilets are situated on The Upper Balcony level next to the Customer Services Suite. A 20p charge is in operation. This charge is in place so that we can ensure the toilets are a clean and safe place to visit at all times. Disabled toilets are free of charge and are also on The Upper Balcony level.

BABY CARE FACILITIES

Mums and Dads with kids in tow, just relax as The Light has thought of everything to ensure that your visit is hassle free and enjoyable. With parent and child spaces in our safe and secure award winning car park and a large baby change room on The Upper Balcony level we hope that we have provided enough facilities to ensure your visit is hassle free.

PUBLIC TELEPHONES

Public telephones are situated on the arcade level opposite Frankie and Benny’s.

ONE MEDICAL – DOCTOR’S SURGERY

To register contact the surgery for a new patient pack. LETTING INFORMATION

The Light; a multiple award-winning, mixed use scheme offering the ultimate leisure experience in the heart of Leeds City Centre. The Light is situated in the popular Northern Quarter of the city centre close to Millennium Square. PHOTOGRAPHY

We welcome all visitors to take photographs at the centre for personal use. If you are a professional photographer and want to take images of the centre or of our tenants then you will need to seek permission from the Customer Service Suite. If you take photographs for professional purposes without permission you will be asked by security to stop.
