POP UP BEACH COMES TO THE LIGHT THIS HALF TERM

We’ll be bringing a taste of the seaside to Leeds this half term, as we host our first ever pop-up beach for families in Leeds.

Free to attend and running from Saturday 29th May to Sunday 6th June, the beach will feature a dinosaur egg hunt and traditional beach activities such as frisbees, beachballs, and bucket and spades, as well as all important deck chairs for parents to relax on.

The dinosaur egg hunt, which will see a number of toy eggs buried in the sand for children to dig and find, has been included to tie in with the launch of Leeds Jurassic Trail’s official ‘Giant Dino Egg Trail’, which launches on 29th May and runs to the 13th June.

Families are able to drop in to The Light throughout the week from 10am to 5pm to make use of the games and activities.

After you’ve had your fun in the sun, why not drop by to one of The Light’s many restaurants for a bite to eat? Find child friendly menus in the links below:

We can’t wait to see you there for some fun in the sun!
