With lockdown measures beginning to ease over the coming weeks – at The Light we’re eagerly preparing to welcome our guests back. And as we prepare to reopen for outdoor dining, we’ve compiled a list of some of our favourite spring inspired cocktails to get you extra excited about when we reopen!

Turtle Bay - Side Chick Martini

A sophisticated mix of white rum, passion fruit, orange juice, vanilla and Prosecco, the Side Chick Martini will have you falling in love for all the right reasons (despite its name!). You can enjoy this cocktail for £8.60, or share the cost with a friend during 2’4’1 happy hour!

George’s Great British Kitchen - Oh Honey!

Fruity and fresh with a hint of sweetness, this delightful vodka-based number from George’s Great British Kitchen features strawberries, lemon and apple juice, egg whites with added honey and a special sprinkling of candyfloss sugar. Yum! With either £14 for 2 or £8.50 for one, this cocktail really is the bee’s knees.

Estabulo - Iguazu Falls

This signature cocktail from Estabulo is the tangy treat you need to kick the lockdown funk! With raspberry vodka, blue curacao, cloudy apple juice, passion fruit syrup and a hint of fresh lime. This refreshing cocktail is accompanied by a shot of Prosecco. This Estabulo classic will get you in the warmer weather mindset, all for £8.50.

Zizzi - Ciao Bella

Strawberries are truly in season with Zizzi’s delicious Ciao Bella cocktail. For £6.75 this drink combines vodka and amaretto alongside fresh strawberries, soda and a sprig of rosemary, perfect to enjoy in the sunshine.

Browns - Bramble Gin Spritz

Browns Bramble Gin Spritz is the ultimate drink to put a spring in your step after the last year. Bombay Bramble gin and Prosecco combined with lemonade and topped with blackberries; so refreshing! If this isn’t your style, Browns also does a number of classic cocktails, such as Aperol Spritz and their Pineapple Daiquiri to bring joy to your tastebuds!
