George's Great British Kitchen is a place that celebrates British food, but in a totally unique way! Their inspiration comes from taking British dishes and adding their very own unique twist, by respectfully fusing great British ingredients with global flavours that Britain is now equally well known for.

As you look through the newspaper menus, whether you’re sitting in Whitby, Scarborough or Cayton Bay(The names of some of their beach huts of course!) it won’t take long to realise that this is something very different to anywhere else in Leeds!

Although the atmosphere and environment will grab your attention right from the start, you’ll find it hard to stop your attention wavering towards the delicious menu choices as they are carried past you. Sourced from local family owned suppliers where possible, George’s ingredients that make up their menu are chosen especially for them.

Just some of the menu choices that you can tuck into include Mushy Pea Fritters, Wild Ocean Cod in Smoked Paprika Batter, Chicken in a basket alongside a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes. To finish off there’s some lip smacking seaside desserts including freshly made doughnuts and candyfloss.

The fun doesn’t stop with the food - George’s legendary Sweet Shop Cocktails featuring delights such as Parma Violet, Fab and Lemon Sherbet are guaranteed to get you feeling nostalgic!
